NOTICE ON POTENTIAL CITY OF
TORONTO WORK STOPPAGE

As many of you will be aware, a work stoppage (Strike or Lockout) for the City of Toronto’s Outside Workers may occur as soon as Thursday Feb 27th, at 12:01 am.

In the event of a work stoppage, all Toronto City operated facilities, including City managed arenas will not be available for use.

The North York Knights Hockey Association relies on Toronto City ice for all our programming (practices, games and skill sessions). As such, in the event of either a strike or lockout all games, practices and skill sessions will be cancelled.

We are closely following the situation and are hopeful for a resolution without closure, but at this point we only know of the potential. We will communicate further information as soon as it becomes available.
